Overview

Kane and Darren, lifelong residents of Boronia, are two ‘rag and bone men’ ready for a change as they near their thirties. Longing for adventure beyond their familiar suburb, they embark on a journey to explore the world. To fund their travels, the duo scavenges through hard rubbish collections, transforming unwanted items into profit by selling them at local trash and treasure markets. Their quest for freedom and new experiences leads them to unexpected encounters, forcing them to confront their past while dreaming of a life beyond their comfortable confines.
