Overview

In "Bullet in the Head," three friends from the poverty-stricken neighborhoods of Hong Kong find themselves on the run after unintentionally killing a gang leader. Seeking refuge, they escape to Saigon amidst the chaos of war. However, their hopes for a fresh start quickly unravel as they encounter escalating dangers and deeper conflicts in their new surroundings.
