Episode Overview
In 107 AD, the Colosseum hosts Trajan's grand spectacle of 123 days, where public executions are a common sight. However, one condemned man stands out: Bishop Ignatius of Antioch, a key figure in the burgeoning Christian faith that challenges Roman customs. As the emperor orchestrates this high-profile execution, will it serve to deter the spread of Christianity, or will it ignite an even greater fervor for the teachings of Christ, ultimately surpassing Trajan's intentions?
